The building had several areas for photography or cinema. The main room was 3,340 sq. ft. with 12 foot  and 9  foot wide seamless paper backdrops 45 feet apart ,and a 12 by 12 foot mirror at one end of the space. (see diagram). The 15 X 16 foot stage could also be used for filming as well as performances.  The space also included a full kitchen, hair and makeup room with a deep sink and shower, an office with computer and printer, a dressing room, and a recording/editing studio.  In the front of the building was a workshop and garage.
